Good quality pics this time, bg actually flows with the Green Goku, I recognize you don't want comments on scanlines, but may I recommend lowering the fill to about 90% and the opac to about 70%, just try it and see if you like it. Overall, it flows this time, gj. Oh yeah and it looks like somone barfed up your bg... Lol.

Okay, I changed that bg, and did what you wanted to the scan lines though they don't look much different.

I made the smaller Goky, Normal, and I added a border.

1. wallpapers don't need borders but ok....
2. that normal picture should have a clearer dropshadow
3. the normal pic should have a smaller (If possible) darker border.

That should be it... for now.

Like this one except with Vegeta.... Go look for it, it's a few threads down. and instead of quoting the whole wallpaper, you coul've just quoted where it said, it looks like my vegeta one... Anyways... It's still too green, green Goku doesn't work the hair looks cool, but it's just not wallpaper-good-color.
