Nemix, your isn't really pixelated, more like..the standard ESF logo with a grid on top of it. Thus, in one 'pixel' of grid, there are more than one color. What you need to do to pixelate something, shrink it first (so you will lose a lot of pixels), then enlarge the crap out of (so the pixels are visible to the naked eye). Be sure to upsize it without a bicubic smoother, or else you will get gradients, and you don't want that.
The following picture is 100x33 pixels, enlarged. So you have fun painting it.
