I was wondering if the charge of the deathball can be changed in ESF1.2.3.
I tryed to move the attachments on a frieza model but nothing really changed. And was wondering if they also used the right attachments for this.
The charge is now in his center of his body and not above his finger.

Can someone help me with this?

They team seems to be making it a priority for beam-charging to look legit, they've already shown the Kamehameha clearly being formed from Goku's hands.

I assume that any other beam or blast is being given the best animation possible.

Yeah but thats for ESF 1.3 and I am talking about ESF1.2.3.
It that I want to change the place of the charge of the deathball in ESF1.2.3 on frieza models. The most models the deathball charge in the character but I want it above his hand.

I wouldn't bet on any animation updates for 1.2.3

It's all about 1.3 Final, now.

Well you getting close Grega :)
But its no really the code I think, but then again maybe it is I am not sure with this.

I changed some attachments on models. I think these points shows us where a certain charge will take place for an attack. I did that allready with kamehameha but now I try to do the deathball for frieza but for some reason this isnt working well. And would like to know what the right attachment is.
The model that shows me is should be this: $attachment 0 "Rhand Pointer2" -2.000000 -0.500000 0.000000

I changed the value allready so it would be above his finger but the charge still stays theyre. But I think the Rhand Pointer2 isnt the right attachment place for deathball.

I hope my question is better to understand now.

Did you try finding Deathball entity's ID and then setting its origin to like 20.0 above? I'm not sure if that's gonna work with sprites, but I'd try it.

Nope because I think this is a problem of the models attachment and not the code.
I did this with kamehameha charge and there it worked out perfectly.

But for some reason the deathball isnt working.
And I hope someone of the team could help me out with this or a modeller that knows what attachment that I need. All I know so far this one doesnt work: $attachment 0 "Rhand Pointer2" -2.000000 -0.500000 0.000000

Perhaps the deathball doesnt attach to a player attachment, but rather the player entity itself ?

Hmm yeah that could be. It would be strange tho but you could be right in that.
I hope 1 of the coders can tell me then.
Would like to know where the problem is and if it can be fixed.
