Frieza Disk Less powerfull !

I'm gunna have to agree with everyone that says its fine the way it is. A freiza disk is probly the most dodgable attack in ESF. its already pretty damn slow so all u have to do is move out of the way. and if ur scared about getting hit while u melee freiza then just use a beam on him since hes moving slow as hell and has almost no hope of dodging it.

the whole point of the disk is that if ur paying attention u can dodge it but if u arnt u will get hit its exactly the same as in the show
