Forum avatar problem

Whenever I try to use an avatar from a website or my computer, I get this error:

And thus my avatar does not work. Why is this?

I believe the avatar problem has been around for a few months, Greg (I believe it is) will get around to fixing up things when he sees fit.

More like Greg will do so when he doesn't have to manage his hosting company and tend to the needs of his wife and child . . . don't assume he's just ignoring the problem . . .
