Unable to connect to the database server at this time.

what does that mean? is it because the site is down or because firefox cant open the site? its from the NTP site.. when i installed firefox i couldn't open the site :S its kinda wird just need a quick answer

That wouldn't be the browsers fault, that would be the website your viewing.
