Finger Laser

Shouldn't the finger laser be blockable? Goku did do it with ease and seeing how its annoying as all hell and theres no charge it would hard as hell to block anyway. Just a thought... That's why its in suggestions.

What would you do to a turtle then(a turtle is someone who blocks whenever someone gets near him, and doesnt come out till thier gone)? Lasers are fine, finger laser is so strong because Frieza would be nothing without it. You can see disc and death ball coming a mile away, frieza needs a ki attack that he can surprise people with. Besides, I almost never use fl on a standing target, but it's GREAT for finishing people that you just knocked cold...

Wouldn't the disc work perfect on turtles? When did you become Z abe?
