Final Shine Attack

There is this move by Vegeta called Final Shine....It is like the Big Bang attack mixed with Final Flash.It is strictly a ssj move.Vegeta forms a ball in one hand like big bang but facing squarley foward.Then yells Final Shine.The ball gets pushed foward by a gigantic beam like it is a Final Flash(still one hand)The big diffrence is that when it hits or explodes it creates a gigantic blinding light that he uses to then maul(or melee if in the game)his opponent.Very cool beam and is really strong.I was wondering for 1.1 or 2.0 of ESF Beta you can make Vegeta have this beam.Thnx (By the way the beam is greenO_O )

and no gt things are going in esf



also vegeta already has like 8 moves he doesnt need more

well he said no gt models which technically means no gt attacks because where there comes models comes attacks for those models
