Favourite DBZ villian

We've all seen the "Which is your favourite character" threads, but I'm interested to know which bad guy you liked (or hated) the most. I haven't seen most of the movies, but I've included a few of their villains anyway, because I'm sure many of you have watched them all. (And this is my first attempt at a poll, so I really hope it works.)

I'll go by saga since I don't like most of the characters, Cell probably. His saga was best and in second, Freiza Saga or whatever because it explained more of the saiyan's backgrounds

The way vegeta goes balistic when he's p!ssed off is just c00. Vegeta all the way!

Cell definetly: intelligent, powerful, looked cool, and he had some of the best lines from the entire series.

Though I did like the 'smarter' form of Buu (the one with Piccollo and the kids inside him) as well.
