Imho, that's not a good looking skin, and have you ever seen a damaged buu? I never did.

*cough* *Cough* u look at half my reskins and what are they hrm i wasnt going to a full recolor skin i wanted to make him look diffrent

you should try a complete reskin rather than an edit sometime, just get someone to blank the skinmaps for you and try it, youve done wayy too many minor edits, you need to step up eventually, better sooner than later
