Now that I have it- here's my question:

Say a friend of mine got a game. I dunno; like F.E.A.R or something. Okay now say that he lends me the CD's for it so I can put it on my computer- is that warez?

I don't think so. I believe wares is when you illegally download from the interweb. Though, I could be wrong like usual.

No it doesn't. I don't care, personally i don't give a ****, but I like to know because I can.

I can't i deleted it from my computer. It was a hypothetical question. I didn't borrow fear from a friend and put it on my computer -.-
