ESF won't let me start server while online.

This has been bugging the Hell outta me. For one reason or another, unless I'm offline, ESF will not allow me to start any sort of server, LAN or Internet if I'm connected to the Internet. I'm only able to join other servers. When I try, it loads all the way to precaching and then stops and goes back to the main menu screen.

Is this a steam problem? A one-time only glitch? I really don't want to reinstall either.

Try either of these console commands:

fs_lazy_precache 1

precache 0

Does this happen with every map you try playing on?

Yes. It won't load the map.
