yeah mine too, i think esf sig dump isn't working, I tried this:
tried my old one that suxors, in case if it was my new sig, like how you can upload only one sig, didn't work
tried uploading the same sig with no spaces, didn't work.
So far I uploaded my ****py alpha sig, then I uploaded a 1337 sig, and did it again with a different name.
and as you can see, it doesn't work.
EDIT: and what is with the censoring!? w***ver's, (w h o e v e r s) ****py, (c r a p p y) what else?
EDITL if you don't want to have a limit as to how big your sig can be, just go to esmartstart.com, they host the pics, in case if you are having trouble on sigs and loading them, also, some others also host pics too, but I like mine.
