ESF Should allow Menu colours

I've been thinking, perhaps this mod should support Menu Colours, what do you think? For those who don't understand, let me show you a quote:

Yeah, the \y, \w, \r are changing the menu color to yellow, white and red respectively. Apparently ESF doesn't support color menus. I'll try and make a compile time option for this in the next version. Otherwise you can change it yourself. Edit line 211 to take out all the color codes to make it look like:
