I've moved the thread to the correct forum.
This IP address is a LAN IP. It is not reachable from the internet. You'll have to configure port forwarding in your router to make the server accessible.

Your operating system is irrelevant. You have to configure your router, which will be accessible at http://192.168.1.1/. There, you'll have to set up port forwarding for port 27015 UDP to your computer's IP (192.168.1.2). Port forwarding is sometimes also called "Virtual Server" or simply "Port rules". If you know the make and model for your router, you can look up the details at sites like Portforward.com.

There's nothing simple about this. If you don't know the credentials to your router, there's really nothing you can do. Sorry.

You don't have to set up your own server to do that.

Of course. It won't work. There's no point trying.

If you decide to reply in this thread , and you did , and you give such an answer , be sure to type your explanation of why you think it has no point.
Clearly we are trying and do not succeed.
You think your better by answering like that so make an understatement or dont comment at all please , this is not helping at all.

Of course. You can't magically turn your network inside out.
If you actually did manage to set up port forwarding, you can do your thing with BFPkiller again.

@BFPkiller: I'm the only one helping here. Pointless testing won't help if the problem isn't tackled.
