Esf Screen Problems

I remember people saying they had a problem when making an esf game a smaller version of the last screen would pop up, and so they would need to push escape and then click resume to get rid of it.
Well i had this problem and its now gone.
Instead of using the esf shortcut, use the halflife shortcut and load the custom game from there.
