esf problem

i have installed ESF to the steam folder and the Steam esf bug fix patch too and i cant play the CTDB mode,when i sue it and statr a server there weren't any Db's in the level...why?

Why is this in suggestions?

Anyways, for Steam, there is no CTDB mode at the moment.
