ESf cant be really changed with somekind of DEV Kit when most of the poeple dont know how to use it.
So i dont really see harm there.

Besides that i just wanted somehting like this MiniMod/plugin thing so stuff could be made without amxx and with more support from the esf community and developers.
I dont want amxx disabled =)

Was just an idea to add an Plugin from an dev kit where disables flying for fun

Well as I see it, what you should do is give full player support. I dont really see it as being a problem unless you make an admin only character such as a Goku with 235262 HP, Turbo Boost, and a 4 block engine..............
