esf non steam servers

There is nothing "non-steam". Either you go "steam" or you will be left to nothing.

I want to know how do I even get the game started. I just got Half Life today and I just got esf and when I play it that steam crap pops up but doesn't show me how to play the game. I got all the latest patches and I got steam, just tell me how to get the game started.

You start half-life once, then you exit. Then you install esf. OMFG SO EASY.
