ESF Map problem

Everything works fine but when I tried to create the game,I cant not choose to play on the ESF map. The game lets me play only on Half-life maps. Eg. Bootcamp, Crossfire, etc.

Can anybody tell me how to fix it, and also ESF mod wont show in the mod select screen.

i had somewhat similar problem, try reinstalling and dload the installer from a different link

wrong.
It's a problem with your shortcut - delete it and create a new one

i think maybe YOUR wrong. a few days ago i suffered the same problem, just reinstall from a whole different site.

No, i'm not wrong - a reinstall is totally overkill for this problem.
it's a problem with the shortcut's properties actually.
If you havn't created a new shortcut yet, right click on it and select properties.

Then change the target box to c:\sierra\half-life\hl.exe -game esf -console
Set your start in box to your hl directory (in this example c:\sierra\half-life )

That will fix the problem - next time don't give advice unless you know what you're talking about - it confuses others.

Uhm, I would think Orion knows what he's talking about. Also, what you said is technically right, only because it does what Orion said but you have the added pleasure of wasting your time downloading.
