u guys r so picky, its a manual u would probably figure the stuff out on ure own ( attacks ) just wait a while , beta aint that far off, all u really needed is the melee part . Other then that slect the weps and if u see that cell has kamehameha then thats ure surprise, few mistakes here and there dont hurt no1

The beta isn't even out and people are already yelling at the team lol. I believe the team said that krillen is finished. So I'm thinken that the reason why he has to get that high a pl to transform perfectly is cuz he is done, he only gets one transformatio to perfect. I could be wrong.

yes... krillin is finished so that's why he is faster and has more life at his transformation because he'll only have one. Besides... it's the skill of the player not the character

he's already faster than any other character by far in his transformation plus his life skyrockets. i think right now he'll compete with ssj2's quite nicely

Perfect transformation powerlevel is not the powerlevel they get when they transform, it is the powerlevel that they need to be able to transform instantly. The powerlevel mulitplier tells you what the character's powerlevel is after transformation. So Krillin's powerlevel multiplier is 2, and his Transformation powerlevel is 3 mil, so if he transforms at 3 mil, his current powerlevel is multiplied by 2 and his transformed powerlevel is 6 mil. Get it now?
