esf keeps messing up

Ok I have esf installed on two computers and this problem has happened on both of them. I start up a game and when it is at the loading screen it freezes and the screen has these wierd looking lines on it. There is no error message and I have to restart my computer to fix it. This problem has only started happening in the past couple of days but before that there was no problem. can somebody PLEASE help me! thanks

few questions
1. u do have the latest hl update??
2. when u say u installed it on 2 computers did u use different install programs cause by the sounds of it. it might be a corrupt downloaded file. . .

Try exiting and resuming game. This happens to me when I make a game but this tend to fix it. Also consider turning off all other program, halflife doesn't like sharing memory.
