ESF installation problem.

After downloading esf v 1.1, since I havent played since 1.0, I had a problem installing it. I think it might be related to steam. Well I choose the regular directory to install it, and while it is installing it gives me this error message: An "I/0 error occured while installing a file. This is normally cause by a bad installation media or a corrupt installation file."

Then it says retry or abort, if you retry it keeps doing the same thing and if you abort it closes the installation file all together.

*EDIT* I fixed it, but now I have a totally different question, how do I install ESF for steam?
