My internet is really crap at the moment so i cant download ESF so im wondering if i can get it on PS2 or If i can Buy ESF at the shops for PC????

ESF is a modification for the PC game Half Life. It's not available on any other platform. It's not available for purchase at stores.

Umm, they CAN'T, because they don't own the rights to the series/have permission from it's authors (and whoever currently owns it) to do so.
