Would it be possible for you guys to make ESF compatible with the http and URL MOTDs that mods like CS and DOD have.

I would really like to put something better thant the static text MOTDs that we can only use right now.

For those who dont run servers, a MOTD is short for Message Of The Day. All it is, is when you join a server a message pops up and you hit OK before you select your teams/characters.

Mr. Satan had requested this long ago, but never had gotten any support for this. I am hoping that I could get more support for the url address MOTDs.

Supposedly its supposed to work like this: if you put HTML text in there, it will display a HTML page. If you put only a URL address in there, it will display a URL page.

*supports* I think it would be good, the simple looking text doesn't stand out much, i'd rather have a cool picture or font or what-have-you. Should be easy if you can get your hands on the CS code that allows it.

something tells me I know how it works, but ESF can choose to do it a diffrent way.
Steam can open up IE pages (with the browse games button) that show the games. And they just chagned the code to work in the game.

If ESF could make it so it loads your default browser (AKA: if you use Mozilla/Netscape/Firefox) this will be ten times better than the standard Steam windows and it would make even more people happy. Frankly IE doesnt exite me verry much.
