ESF and C-strike problem

Hi i just downloaded this and im confused.....I downloaded to D:\program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\rappapimp\counter-strike if it matters....Now whenever i click and the link it just opens Halflife and the console....In the console i typed gamedir ESF and nothing happened so i have no idead wut to do......
