ESF alpha 2.0 and ESF beta 1.1

Hello everyone,

How can i make esf alpha 2.0 and ESF beta 1.1 to work? I want to play alpha 2.0 and beta 1.1. Iam coding with alpha 2.0 and i want to test what i did so far. I downloaded the fmod.dll at esf-world i put it in half-life and i renamed it. I had the client error... do i have to install an other copy of half-life in my hard-disk and put alpha 2.0 there? What should i do??

They can't work at the same time. In order for one to work you have to have a certain fmod.dll. So you'll have to switch back and forth whenever you want to play. Make sure you downloaded the right one.

I know that i can't play alpha and beta at the same time. I downloaded alpha and i put it to half-life folder into ESF2.0a. When i open ESF2.0a i have the dll problem. BETA and ALPHA are in the same half-life folder. How can i make both of them work?

If i understand what you said, i can't play ALPHA when BETA and ALPHA are in the same half-life folder right?

Is there something to do without deleting the BETA?

Read that carefully... the only way you can play is by switching fmod's everytime you play b1.1 or alpha.

I download the alpha fmod.dll from google.ca and now, it works. I will change my fmod.dll when i want to play beta just like you told me.
