ESF 1.1 help PLZ PLZ PLZ!

In ESF 1.1, after i used the cvar cl_maxfps 100, when i create a game, in any mode(freefight, CYDB, and team fight), i can get into the team select screen, then the player select screen, then i pick a character and it says i joined the game but im stuck at the top of the map with a player select thingy on the left side of my screen! it says i get 100 fps but... lol. i wish. i usually use esf_cellarena_b3 but it does the same thing with all of the lvls! also, i am using evm 1.2... um... i use d3d and sometimes openGL. plz help me!!!!!!!!!

well when you go to select your character, it then comes up with a list to the left of your screen, labeled 1 to 9, select which you want by typing the number in on your num pad and then it will fix itself up, but you need to do that every time you start the game.

this would be a EVM problem i believe...wait till their forums are back up or goto RSR.
also...always use OPENgl

I thought the cvar was fps_max 100
