Error! Server Verification Failed!

This does not happen when I play ESF. This happens when I play my other 2 mods fors Half-Life, CS and DoD.

I don't hack or cheat and I have no idea why this is happening out of nowhere.

What is it? Why is it? How is it? And how do I get rid of it. (The error)
