Buu hands down... He can eat people and regenerate... but then again babidi and supreme kai had some crazy tricks so I don't really know... but since no one really knows what babidi and the supreme kai can do, then buu hands down.. :]

Heh, really though, buu would have to win. He can regenerate no matter what anyone throws at him. It doesn't really matter if the other guy is smarter, eventually they'll tire out.

Buu can regenerate, but nothing beats the kamehameha, especially if you fire it at someone who has same strength, or thing about the spiritbomb, second spiritbomb does huge amounts of engergy

Hey he said that they're all equal in powerlevels. Gohan is the last thing I would choose.
If you think about it, Vegeta is the best. If goku and all the villans weren't invincible, he could beat them all. Remember how much pain he caused to every evemy he faced? FinalFlash vs. Cell, Final Atonement vs. Buu, Oozaru vs. Goku in thier first battle, Ring attack vs. Goku on second battle...
But then again they were all invinvible and that's not fair.... And vegeta suffered alot too on those battles.
Still it's obvious that Vegeta and his uber cool techniques rule above all.

goku because he has much experience at martial arts fighting techniques which he learned from different masters.cell because............damn!he knows all of the techniques!and buu because of his bad ass sweet beam!

You can't select a fighter just because of one advantage. When Vegeta and Goku were fighting in equal powerlevels Vegeta caused Goku much more pain then Goku did to Vegeta

Just face it, Vegeta got through most of his life by being ten times as strong as his opponents. Goku was weaker than him, quite a bit weaker actually, and he still kicked his ass. If we were talking truly equal power levels then Vegeta couldn't even go head to head with Roshi, let alone Piccolo or Goku - fighters who actually spent their time mastering techniques instead of pumping up their power levels...

Perhaps I'm a wee bit bitter, but damnit Vegeta isn't that good a fighter!

first of all vegeta didnt survive on being ten times as powerfull as others he stod up to freiza perfect cell and kid buu so he isnt anything like that... and about goku... well that brat used kaioken times 3 to handle vegeta and kaioken raises pl so goku isnt any better and they fought evenly in the buu saga and even tho their powers were even i still think vegeta was a bit more dominant...
but then again i am a hige vegeta fan but sadly he wouldnt rank the top hitlist in this topic but niether would that dork goku as a matter of fact no saiyan would cuz saiyans rely much on power in this case were talkin

ok kid buu:
is a stupid little mofo who wouldnt even be able to kno a ki blast even if it was shoot up his ass

fat buu: didnt even use marterial arts or anything just abused his power

but regeneration youll say now... yes but remember the fight vs vegetto? at some point in that fight were vegettto blasted buu buu tries to regenerate but his stomache still has a hole then he has to try really hard to regenerate wich means? yes buus regeneration isnt infinite if you exaust him he cant regenerate at some point...

and lets face it cell has all tecnics masteret and it dosent matter that he hasnt eksperience the fact that he is bio mechanical and has their cells mean he has their eksperience in fighting. he could pound fat and kid buu without even trying cuz these two morons arent fighters but just two blobs and fat buu cant fight a equal opponent at all he would be threatenent like a little child same goes for kid buu but he would give a fight tho, and even another thing that is in cells favour is that goku had to use almost all of his power to just blow cells head and arms of and they were almost equal at that time cuz cell was powered down, he did first power up vs gohan. buu on the other hand is so easyly blown apart hes like a gum while cell is like a rock and he still has a regeneration wich means:

cell > buu

and sadly cuz im a broly fan but he isnt in this either why? well he is the legendairy ssj wich means (all who have seen the movie will tell me im right) he got stronger and stronger during the fight and you cant say broly and then not the powerups because he is the legendairy super saiyan.

but all in all id say number 1: Cell

cuz like i said picollos intelligence if not a bit more since hes a arteficial being.
and the fighting spirit of a saiyan wich means he wont ever give up.
and like freiza its gonna take a heck of alot to even get him blown up or even rip a limb of him.
plus the fact that he can perform every attack he would like including suicide and still survive it.
plus he has a unreal regeneration.
