That makes sense. Sucks for me though, i want to be atleast 6' 2". Im only ~5' 10" right now. And I dont plan on stopping all weight lifting plans. I've been lifting for 5 weeks now and I've already added 35lbs to my bench.
Bench Press when begun: 95lbs
Bench Press as of 3/8/06: 130lbs
Thats an increase on my bench of about 7-8lbs a week! Thats insaine, I guess all of that hard work that i put into my lifting regimen is really starting to pay off! (3 weeks spent actually)
Im hoping by next Saturday I'll be at 140lbs, if i push myself hard enough. I should be at 135lbs by next week, seeing how I add ~7lbs a week.
Oh, and ~ = about, just so you know.
