I'd be someone's best friend if they gave me a tutorial on how to decompile/compile.

Cuz I do. Got a problem with that?
That's how models are ripped. Now, I'm not saying that you are ripping a model, I'm not making any assumptions, but I was just wondering the purpose of needing to know how to decompile a model.

ah, go tools> Decompile Model and choose a destination, but you should save it in an empty folder cause of all the files it extracts

Great, now I gotta reget MS....Well thanks.

EDIT: I got one last question, do the animations stay in the model or do they leave it and the model looks something like this:

When you decompile, there are many sequences, so it really depends on how TS works...If you need them all on one model, you'd have to import them one by one to each other.
