The model is done, all the sounds are done, the skin is being made by wheres_warren atm (almost done with it) .. All the animations is done to, but alot of them needs to be redo cause the quality wasn't good enough to be put in ESF 1.3..

Sorry to say it, but there's still much to do..

I'd say john is right. Last time Ravendust edited his post (the post that shows the percentage) was at the end of august. They had to make some progress. Anyway, I gotta ask: Is Operation Tien just about the model or about actually adding the character into the game? I mean do you guys have coders that can create the attacks and stuff?

They have to do everything but the coding.

But who's doing the coding then? The ESF team? I thought Tien was a completely community-based project.

The community makes the model, sprites, sounds and animation. The Team has agreed to code in his attacks, etc.
