comments on apocyliptic world painting

well... i had a request from someone to do a guy in an apocolyptic world. i decided id do it sort of monocrhomatic.

heres the first....... kind of inappropriate comments so dont read them if u dont like stuff like that..... heh.

and here's the second work in progress, about an hour after the first one.

crits, comments would be nice before i finish this, that way i can fix any problems. and yes the painting will stay loose, with big thrick brush strokes. i think this is about 1/3-1/2 of the original size.

hey linda.. looks really art germ like =P but ya it looks pretty nice..

some thins i would fix:
the legs seem to be the hugest problem in this picture.. they look more cartoony than realistic..
check perspective for the gun!! *bang*
and make folds on the stomach.. that's all i can think about.. but ya!! pretty nice

mmm... not much change. but i guess im done. 3 hours total.
i might go bak over it when i get some crits.... and i see some parts in the bg i should darken.
