Client.dll Error

Im new to the ESF world and i how very much like to begin playing, but when i go to play single player or lan game i get the error - could not load library c:\Sierra\Half-life/esf/cl_dlls\client.dll - is it possible that updating my half-life version from 1.0 to 1.1.1.0 fix the problem.

Yep .. you solved your problem
..you can't run any of the latest mods without the latest Half-Life patch:
1.1.1.0 for WON (get it from most gaming websites)
and 1.1.1.1 for steam .. (oh you just need to wait 16 hours for this one to d/l)

Thanks for your help, installing the updates fixed the problem.
Also ESF rocks!
