why is my character menuy like this:

i've tried everythink that i can think of but still nothing it is still the same

That's because you have your game resolution of the Open Beta at 800x600, increase it and you'll get the new ingame character menu.

you need to play the game at atlest 1024x768 resolution for the new menu

You should play any game at 1024x768 unless you are using an old or low memory video card...... Just seems like common sense to me..
