I don't know. Something seems out of proportion as it does not really look like a kid. Maybe the arms are too large or the head too small, I can't really put my finger on it.

Good job on the other stuff though.

The folds are too undefined and blurry. Use your lighting and shadow better, also make them a bit more realistic. Not realistic as in the way of skinning, but realistic as in how folds on pants can go.
