Cell's perfect form

I would like to play with Cell's perdect form. My wish for that: An attack with that Cell is able to make the ground explode: You can charge the attack and its got three degrees. On the first degree Cell punches on the ground an one large wave of energy goes from his hand over te ground. On the second degree there are two waves and on the third degree three. This attack should need much KI because of its big destruction. What do think of that? Your oppinion is important!!!

cells perfect form and others next transformations will be available in beta2 i think and i think cell should have ya like a super punch where he transforms into his bulky form for a sec while the punches are being traded.

Now I'm a Cell freak, so my oppinions are skewed; however...

Right now Cell is one of, if not -the- worst selectable character. Now that doesn't mean he's a bad character to play; this only means that, all characters being equal, he has the most disadvantages. A -permanent- 1.5 x pl increase upon transformation for one. That's total crap... 1.5x alone is bad, but justified. The permanent factor means that he wont gain PL as fast as someone who can change back and forth, as they'll gain the same amount of PL, if not more, while in their previous form. His low PL effects the damage of his attacks as well; he does less damage to characters with higher PLs, and he cannot win most beam struggles the way things are. When the SBC is attached, he wont have that advantage either.

Perfect Cell should be one of, if not -the- most powerful transformation. It should be one of the most difficult to attain, and it should be one of the most rewarding. His power level should (even if only temporarily) surpass those playing Saiyans who have reached SSj2 before him, so long as they've all been dealing out around the same amounts of damage. He should become faster, and possibly gain a couple more attacks (though I don't see why he would need more, unless one was like a big ki blast (alla the one he fired at Gohan, which Gohan shot back into his face). He needs to turn into a very serious character, because his second form just doesn't cut it at all. Cell could have a USSJ-ish transformation option like Trunks's USSJ transformation, where his power level would increase even higher, and his model would become larger, but his speed would be reduced (he used this against Gohan just before 18 was smacked out of his stomach).

This is all just dreaming, but I'd love to see Perfect Cell turn out like the bad ass he is on the show. Form 2 was nothing special, but 3 was massive, and truly something to be feared. Buu and Frieza will get more transformations (unless the team wanted to include a fourth, SSj2-Cell form, as he is when he comes back to life from the blast that killed Goku), and so their final transformations need not be as spectacular. Still, he'd have the disadvantage of being unable to detransform, but at least he'd be a bad ass. And besides, when PL gain after death becomes an option, servers who have it flipped off will also have flipped off the single biggest benefite of being able to detransform, and Cell will be alright.

Let's make Cell worth while, damnit!

WELL whos most powerful after the transformation is obviously not based on dbz reality cause krillin is ***ing amazin after his first tranformation. i think cell being strongest is not a good idea because he has all unique attacks from most characters.

Well on the show, like in ESF, his second form is useless. His 3rd form is more than twice as powerful. Cell has the most disadvantages of any character so far (Except for Krillin between 1,900,000 and 3,000,000) so I would certainly hope his perfect form would be a SIGNIFICANT improvement, even if it was around 6,000,000 PL or something close.

well about the orginal question, i think it wouldn't be a good idea for two reasons.

1. it wouldn't be thats useful, it would kinda of be like a waste of ki, i mean you go to punch the ground and they jump up in the air and are unaffected. unless it affects people flying which wouldn't make sense for the attack, he punches the ground and it hurts someone up in the air.

2. i don't think he did it in the show but i could be wrong
(prolly i'm).

so i don't like it but...... i don't make this game soooo.

Cell should have a transformation modifier of 2x not 1.5. It just doesn't make any sense why he shouldn't have 2x, he is modeled after more sayjin DNA than human anyway, or at least to my knowledge. Besides he has a golden aura folks, and we know the only kind of fighters that have those, right?

I'm in total agreeance with Sonic Boyster that I think Cell is the worst playable character Right now. It seems like after 2-3 melee hits Cell is toast, same goes for generic beams, he just seems to be really weak in taking damage. Might just be my imagination who knows, but he is the last I choose to ever play, no wait make that Trunks.

Huh back to the original idea I’m not really sure if it would be a terribly effective attack, like dillinger smith said I don't think if would be to really great against air borne foes.

I have to say that i hate the PL cell and krillin get when powered up also...once i was playing and every body had like 120-200 mil pl...and all poor krillin(Me) had was 30 mil...now im not a bad player and had killed and been killed alot in that game...i just didint get as much( i had to use my D-Disks more than anyone else becase my kamaya wave and scatter beam did very little damage to them) i hate it and think its unfair. so yes i say change it.
