Its a tool for easy AMXX character coding for ECX.

While i say easy you still need to know how to code if you want to use it though. Without coding kbowledge you wont be able to add effects to transformations and sounds to your character. But you can make a character himself even if you have no idea about coding ^^

Use Jdownloader from http://jdownloader.org/

works like a charm and its useful for long boring and huge parts you download like.. games or movies or even monster huge files like CCI provided here.
also downloads automaticaly everything you have on clipboard.

(useful for us, the lazy 89% global population)
