Can esf be played offline

i was wondering if the game can be played offline so you don't have to connect to the internet to play esf

some ppl have bad net lines and need bots, or if no one is playing online, they need bots, also esf beta bots are being made FOR the beta alone, so they will be alot better

I will download them not lol.I have a great server so i dont need a bot.So it really doesnt matter who is the bot guy to me.
