not to mention senzu beans are never used.

They are if you have them.

Mostly found on custom maps. The few official maps doesn't have any sensu beans in it.

Buu can't use Senzu Beans? I never knew that, not that it matters because senzu beans might as well be a myth.

Anyway, my revised final list would be:

1. Melee
2. Ki Blasts
3. Generic Beam/Ball
4. Renzoku (see the screenshot)
5. Candy Attack
6. Mouthblast (beam/ball)
7. Regeneration
8. Bodypart
9. Human Genocide Attack (Super and Kid Buu)
0. Vanishing Ball (Super and Kid Buu)

Yeah try it out, since he has regeneration they booted sensu's out. I think in 1.3 they'll be added properly but we'll have to see.

Shouldn't renzoku be joined with ki balls, like Vegeta's? Seems like a waste of a slot to me.
I think add another move into that space.
