Budokai 2 MUCH BETTER

My good friend has friends in high places. He got a FULL version Budokai 2 freakin 3 months before scheduled release date.( im not gonna give his name for obvious reasons...mainly people trying to track him down.)

OK this game is much better than the original

Actually he came to Oregon just a week ago and while we were on the highway he told me that he got this game....(i almost rear-ended a pickup)

When we got home he busted it out and we played it and WOW. It a huge improvement.

The graphics are much better cell shaded and the gameplay is better 2.

The Really big improvment is the charging of attacks. like if you do a big bang you have to wiggle your anolog sticks really fast to charge it up...instead of just sitting there and watching your character do it.

Fusion IS great these are the fusions that we saw

Huroku (Hercule-Goku)
Tiencha (Tien-Yamcha)
Gotenks
Vegito
Cell and Krillin
Nappa and Radditz (umm the name is completly F****d i think its Nappitz LOL)
Andriod 17 and 16 REALLY COOL!!!
Buus absorbtions
and we didnt find anymore

another cool thing was that when you both shoot ki blasts you have to ps eachother and TRUST me if you have krillin VS Buu YOU WILL GET OWNED FAST. No matter how fast you wiggle the sticks. This game is based more on skill then memorizing the same button combos for each character.

For some attacks for work YOU HAVE TO have all of the combo to hit or it wont work. So you cant miss one punch or kick.

For instance the final flash....(which can only be preformed at ssj unlike budokai 1 which could be done in a normal state)

All in all the game is amazing

Oh and yah Dragonball mode OWNZ story mode....!!

Nappitz are real TRUST ME. Tiencha has the green top and the orange ki bottom and yes he does have 3 eyes.

Nappitz is really big not so long hair (remember nappa is bald so the long hair of radditz levels it out).

And yes i did get the hercule goku one wrong...o well i like mine better

Oh and Sailor i dont appreciate the sarcasm. Just because you dont get to experience somthing like this doesnt mean its impossible.

BTW i bet they will have a FF16 so thats actually pretty funny. With like a Rhino/Human main character and a pokemon/chair sidekick

and i forgot one thing my bud who brought the game is just shaking his head (so am i) because people just can't run on faith anymore these days...its sorta sad. Television is just runining society (including me)

Well... You may be right but its not for a fact that Tien & yamcha fuse or not, and raditz & Nappa fuse...
If you prove it by showing me a pic... FROM THE GAME i mean, any display pic that would prove them ill be confivinced. If not, your talking about it BS. Sorry to say but its still Unkown of the 2 other characters.
As far as i am concerned. The detail about Most of the Fusions on it are crap except for Vegitto, and Gotenks, They both look really cool in the mini .avi vids.

like to add two Capsules that involve rapid combo's cause they last

solidus there is no story mode in budokai 2. Its been replaced by dragonball quest mode. I either think you tried to trick me or you need to go to dbzonps2.com and see for yourself.

ok finnally some sanity.....

OK first the fusion...

Its quite simple except that fusion capsules take up 3 spaces!!!

The only way to fuse is the potarra earings...but there is a catch!!

You can get the any fusion but not fuse....you have to find the super rare potarra earings first.

Then after that you can use fusion. In game its easy you hit a combo of butons quickly and your char throws the earings to the other person. There easy OK now controls.

actually fusion takes 4 spaces cause of potarra.

But potarra has an ifinite amount so you dont have to find 34 of them 1 is enough for everyone.

They are mostly the same except for one thing. You can hot key your main ki attack.. for instance

Your characters main ki attack is hotkeyd in budokai 2

You can assign it to any button ( I used L1) For your kamehameha...or masenko or gallitgun or any other attack that doesnt go into any little movie mode.

So this saves you from if your far away and you want to do a kamehameha you dont have to punch,punch,punch,punch,ki. All you have to do is push L1 but those attacks still take 1 ki bar.

It also seems your health reduces slower if you against an enemy thats about as strong as you..

IN the first one you could be krillin and ownzoring Perfect Cell.

Now.... If your using baldy agasint the bug say bye bye unless you have some mad skillz.

If you have the advantage you deal more damage and you receive less... If you have less power then you do less and receive more and if your nearly equal then its gonna be a long fight EX: Majin Vegeta, SSJ2 Goku.

And from what youve seen from the vids you can now block big attacks liek the big bang... But this requires you to wiggle your anolog stick....(this game is much more tireing than Budo 1) You have to wiggle to do these thing....

Block big attacks
Perfrom multiple ki blast attack EX Countinus Kame
Boost Mode
Charge up big attack and Ps with you ki blasts

HUFF HUFF HUFF..... Trust me your thumbs get very tired ( use one hand and place it over both sticks and wiggle its much eaiser).
