It's your choice,if you want it in 1.3 modeling a mouth would be cool.or you could just model his lips,without an inside of his mouth.and don't forget that his eyebrows aren't directly connected to his eye.btw what is thus "Power Supressed?

brolly is being controlled by his father using a special device what keeps him from going ssj and going crazy.

the top ref is far from great, in fact i suggest you dont use it, why ?
-the head is looking down and the aura is moving the hair, so that kicks out the head/hair.
-he's close to transforming in the pic so his body is being pumped, so the body is different from his normal supressed state, so that kicks out the torso

im sorry but the model doesnt look too good...it doesnt look like broly and the poly flow just...doesnt flow =/ call me harsh but thats what i think =l

but if you still want to continue on the model, clean polys, and alot of em'
check you're proportions and match to the ref i told you.

im really confused how come somtimes brolys hair is green, the somtimes purple, and the other times its just plain blonde

I've seen the movie,but i thought "power supressed" was a new dbz mod or something.i like the skin,but he had black hair,only when he powered up in his half-ssj form it was purple.it looks like you have some bad shading next to his nose,you prolly need a better polyflow.and fix the neck,the polywastage is massive there.

actually.. no.
he did have purple hair in his "power supressed" state, without an aura.
when he had his aura on, his hair turned blue mixed with purple shading.
