His eyes aren't Broly-esque, nor are they DBZ eyes. Find some pics and compare them. His head is also pretty small. In that form, his head was proportional to his body.

Might want to work on the head a bit more, from just that single ref pic it looks as if his head is a bit longer than what you have. Definitely darken the hair, it's too blue. Work on those, finish the side view and the legs, and then work on straightening the lines up. You can ignore that last part if this is only concept for a model, instead of a solid reference.

aiside from head size(lil biger) and the hands(the index finger line needs to be alil shorter under the thumb) its a really nice drawing 8/10 keep up the good work i want to see more :yes:
