Block Struggling... a Scatter Shot... and WINNING?
is this supposed to happen... because when I play on servers... and even if you PL is higher than most of the people... they can still block this...

I shot a couple of Scatter Shots at a person... he blocked most of them, but I saw all of them fly through after a while. When I went up to look...

After a couple of seconds... KABOOM! Hes gone

ehm it is possible to powerstruggle scattershots and kiblasts if the pl difference is really big

Scatter shots are super homeing ki balls.
It skinda cool when you see soemone bsing a ki ball
