do ya mean like any existing fighting technique, cus even so all it is is run in swingin or fly. But in the series they mention that goku uses the kaio ken fighting style (not the move) but i cant see any style just block and punch

i mean they dont use a real fighting style, they have not sat there (akira and co) and thought about what fighting thay can do, its just all cool looking moves, that would be stupid to do in real life

e.g spining around about 30 times then laying down a kick, in real life u would just be triped up or something like that, dbz is all looks.

2. DBZ: Awesome action scenes with chilling soundtracks

3. Ghost in the Shell: Amazing artwork, i want that machine!

4. Akira: Love the beginning scene, setting, and storyline

5. Ranma 1/2: Not into transexuals but this movie is funny as hell. it got me into looking for more anime.

6. Macross Plus - i just thought of this when i looked in my video collection. BEST ANIMATION IVE SEEN!

the reason why there wasnt any fighting style is cus the animators wernt exactly martial arts experts, fighting styles are a lot different to how the average person views them.
