I have a few:
Asian kung fu generation - made one FMA OP and one Naruto OP...
Momoi Haruko(or was it haruka?...) - Actually a "seiyuu" but makes every last and one of Nurse witch komugi-chans songs...(Has very childish voice XD)

They make songs, but if i listed all music makers i would make it longer...
