beam of the floor

I was thinking .... you know when you get smacked to the floor and it makes you lie on the floor ? i thought that maby you could have a button that you press that (while your flying about to smash into something) makes a little beam thing, that forces you of the floor (trunks vs goten, trunks dose it) so you dont get stunnded there (or whatever) . But you would need a certain amound of ki due to that if it took low to do the move, there would be so many abusers.... :S

edit : beam of the floor" dont look right ....ehh..beam off the floor" maby?
edit* : sorry ... i didnt explain it fully , im talking about the old melle ... where you just go flying when somone hits you.
