I think that the team should add nockback when a beam hits near you, if you survive it should nock you back like after being hit with mellee, good idea? or crap?
continueing on this idea, i think when you are block struggling with the beam and you are still losing it after x seconds the bast should detonate and sending you flying back.
the beam should only explode and kill you when strong enough, and i think the beam should bump you back with an explosion but not kill you.
There's already some knockback. The problem with adding more is that it would give the opponent long enough to charge another beam and it's just be too easy for him to kill you by spamming from a corner of the map (where you can't avoid the explosion).
Perhaps if you directly hit someone with a blast there should be some knockback, but not with the explosion.
how bout the more powerful the beam the more knockback eg. generic beam would move you a little, but final flash moves u accross the map like melee. But i think it should be a little less harder to recover from. the thing im thinking is that it would be more tactical with more knockback, u could detonate a generic beam to the left and then swoop the guy to the right.... dunno just an idea
What if the knockback didn't make you loose control sonic but just sent you moving a bit and out of flight like at the end of a head on struggle does now (i believe).
