Sometimes, it's hard to see where your beam is going. So I got this idea, when you fire a beam, pushing primary attack makes the camera switch to the front of the beam, so you can more easily see where it's going. For balance, switching to beam cam reduces manuverabilty.

How about it?

yeah.. and it would be hard to see if an other beam is heading your way.

we do it Metal Gear solid Style!, Though i like beams showing on the scouter.. But maby just like a blinking dot?, the Scouters werent very precise

How about pushing F9 switches scouter mode? One push: scouter on, radar mode; two pushes: beam cam; three pushes: off.

i like ot have the scouter while using beam, in case someone comes up from behind yo ucan cancel the beam and escape.

then instead of the scouter a new window for the beam cam

you could also configure it in the options menu if it automatically shows up when firing a beam and stuff

in DBZ they don't have "cameras" to see where their beams go....why should ESF have it?? it's fine the way it is....

That would make things too easy.It would be like a controlable nuke.
